Belated Annual Opener For 2025...
Hi All 😍. Thank you for your patience. I chose not to write over the holidays. It was a NO. And then, the fires hit Los Angeles and a part of me has been stunned silent. After a series of consecutive natural disasters and difficult life conditions since Covid, my little family is still in recovery. We need to move slow. Life has been rich, and made us very big.
What a time to be alive.
This newsletter offers philosophically potent content gleamed, hopefully in creatively entertaining ways, from my experiences and expertise in energy, trauma, neuroscience, people, creative process, and totally wild metaphysical stuff via a much higher channel than myself. I write from soft electricity.
It’s March 2025 and time is finally starting to communicate, hey babe it’s a new year. My chronologically belated annual opener is to share some otherworldly foundational contexts worthy of contemplation, as you navigate vibrational discernment in your lives moving forward. Enjoy my brain.
Point I. Humanity is Ascending // Karmic fields are Collapsing
You may perceive this as terribly awful as opposed to a season of nature’s process where death-change brings the new. However, try to look the world as nature in process. Because, it is. You will have to re-experience things you don’t like either personally or as a witness, to enable traumas from other incarnations and timelines to process through the whole. Whatever comes to you is meant to be dealt with. Energy has to be alchemized. Alchemy within, requires your presence and practice. There will always be fucked up realms on Earth for people to stay stuck in the mud. What you can do is change yourself, ascend, and help others. Cause no harm, as much as you can. Super simple. If your action or non-action harms another, consider it before doing it; while, keeping in mind the circle of life and the realities of nature. Every life you ever lived containing yet unlearned lessons, requires your attention in some way. All time is now. Here. Right now. Every life. Every lineage. Every realm is here. Heaven is here. Hell is here. There is nowhere to go. There is no reason to save your authentic self for a higher dimension whereby you can experience true reality. You are not biding your time. This is it. This is true reality. It’s all here. Heaven is the balance of an open heart and a pure mind. You will be taught the paradox of detachment and deep compassion as you spiral though that which activates a nervous system response or causes inner calamity. It is temporal. Let it pass without reacting to your negative experience in extra ways. The extra, will bring extra. Stop reacting. Embrace and weather the storm. Get bigger.
The record skip for humans is this: people often overindulge in sentimentality, unconsciously projecting their own unhealed pain body onto a situation at large in unnecessary and unconscious personalization, making the bad bigger and making their own lives and vibrations less joyful. It might be an easier pill to swallow and more efficient to manage if your wounded 6 year old was integrated, and not on a rampage taking control of your life. You feel me? That’s why we heal. We have to be able to step outside of our own pain body, to truly see. Child abuse is the reason for world wars. We have to deal with our childhood pain and lineage maladies. When we don’t, we fucking destroy. Every moment you are creating or destroying. Choose consciously. Any unhealed part of you will step out and grab the wheel of life until you make it your business to complete full integration. This means that divorced parts of self must become whole, from every incarnation and childhood moment, and the brain and nervous system are re-wired into a new vibration, and the soul is reset and attuned to its natural state of faith and certainty in life’s process of evolution. Handle your own past history so that you can see things for what they are, sans personalized, packaged projections. Release yourself from judgement. For when we judge others we summon judgement on ourselves. We aren’t seeing clearly when we only see through the lens of our own experience. This is the trick of the ages. To see and to feel truly, but in neutrality and without losing your humanity. This means feeling what is, not just your own pain body, as truth. Full emotional surrender requires deep trust and deep love in order to open the heart, let go, and face everything that lives within us and everything that ever touched our souls, benevolent or malevolent. This is where the feminine energy leads. When we suppress life experiences, we get rigid. Flexibility with firm boundaries is the hallmark of emotional health. Detachment has nothing to do with suppression, avoidance or neglect. In fact, avoidance, neglect and ignoring someone or something is the most psychologically torturous thing we can do to ourselves and to others. Did you know that weaponized neglect, ignoring, shows up in the same way as physical abuse on a brain scan? Isn’t that wild? A study was done with water and rice in three containers. In one container the experimenter spoke negatively to the rice. In another container words of kindness were spoken. And the last container was ignored completely. Do you know which one became the most putrid? It was the ignored container.
Face it all over and over until you can stand still and hold strong for everyone who quivers. There is an emotional and energetic bravery required, a massive heart is required, and a lot of grit is needed in order to hold the light of humanity with integrity in these times. It’s warrior work. People are hurting. As you can, try to be strength for all who are shaking and look to you for reassurance.
Earth is an experience in one plane of existence. Your soul is also doing incredible things in other dimensional realities as well. I do promise you that you are safe. No matter who you are or where you are reading this, when or why. Let experiences process through you and do not get attached to your emotional states or outcomes. If you are in survival mode- Godspeed. Hold strong and make it. Fuck detachment - you don’t even have to sweat that process. Numbed out autopilot happens for your protection. Again, Godspeed. Do what you gotta do. Rest when and where you can. Heal when there is space.
If you have been able to emancipate yourself from, or karmically skate by, the abominations of the times, well done! Then do some good with your mind and focus on that which you’d like to see and experience in your environment and in the world. Everything is designed to fuck with you here. Don’t trip. That is the entire game. And yet, things continually evolve. In every tragedy since the beginning of time, the souls of God are absolutely protected and saved. Period. Negative forces are left to battle it out amongst themselves at the end. Earth is school. It’s karma school. Remember? The pure dip out, and the restless squabble until they realize its all for naught. Even the naughty negative forces are awakening and going home to Source. Super cute. And this is a process. The worst fuckers in history are rehabilitated, not condemned. They are rehabilitated spiritually through intensive tests and processes.
Right before the war blade hits the neck;
And just before the dark magus waves his dominant hand signaling that the unholy ritual feasts upon heaven’s lambs;
And hours before the fires blaze and destroy the villages;
Or the oppressors march upon the abandoned;
The vacant savage’s hands rip the maiden’s dress,
The children are taken into slavery, etc…
Those holy souls and those holy lives are magnetized back into the great ALL or taken into an energetic dome and protected by higher forces, guarded by a powerful angel, for a momentary act of Grace through any simulated violence. Angels don’t fuck around. I promise. ALL are held. All of us. We are ALL part of the ALL. One. I have seen this many times. It was a great relief, to understand this form of energetic protection personally. Survivors, you are safe. I promise you this. Injury happens. Damage does not. No dark thing can touch you, or keep you, not in sickness or death. No soul is lost. All is one. All is accounted for in perfect harmony. All of you are saved every single day by Graces unrecognized. Every day is holy. Everyday you are held. Everyday you are loved. If you can breath air and take a walk you are doing incredible! Please stay there. This is your gratitude. If no deep harm has come to you this day, give thanks. That’s a reason for joy. If harm has come this day, give thanks the moment that it is gone knowing that a new day, moment, dawn always comes. Hang on. Just hang on. Do you remember in that movie, A Beautiful Life (1997), when the father is being silly all through his time at the concentration camp so as to be able to gift his son a few smiles prior to the inevitable doom? He made light and joy, brought a silly performance at death’s call. That’s the type of humility, faith and grace I am talking about. Those are the ones that understand. All darkness prepares the vessel, the Earth, the container for more light. All difficulty is a preparation process. Be the Light God wishes to shine for others. The Light comes through you. And the sun never sleeps.
More Light comes. Shadows are shedding. As it has been happening for some time. Now, it is happening faster as karmic fields are collapsing on themselves. This means you are being asked to deal with many different realms of life experiences or timelines (ranges of matched vibrational frequency offering a shade of light experience relevant to your incarnation’s curriculum) all at the same time, while remaining centered in your body. Practically speaking, this may mean it is wise to move slower and engage the world with much more intention and authenticity if you have the privilege to do so. Move slower, hold more. Every connection has a world to balance. Psychologically boundary yourself by being absolutely sure of your instincts, values & flow— without reservation. If you don’t know who you are, someone else or a larger entity will decide for you. Surrender to the wrong entity, person, or idea, can be painful and pull you off center because you are giving your power away. The only thing you need to surrender to is the Light. Nothing external. This is also a lesson. Keep your center of gravity in yourself. Your no means no. Your certainty is clear. You hold no grudge. No time to judge. Simply slow down to observe the wisdom-data coming through different levels of being: from your higher self, wounded self, your gut instincts, your knowing, your heart, your past lives, to your relationship timelines. All these life areas may be lighting up with energy and wanting your attention. This is good. The more that comes, the more you are able to handle. Take it as a compliment. And the consequence is more Light and power. All is clearing negativity to bring more bounty, love, and harmony. All this is happening concurrent with and on top of the days work, politics, taking care of your kids, dealing with health issues or hardship, shifting social landscapes in terms of what human connection means in general.

Stay centered. Eye on the north star. Let go what needs to go. Understand, hold, love, alchemize, dissipate— get lighter. If you need support, contact me for session work. So, given all that, my advice for right now is to allow the capricious nature of the world to electrify and open that which needs to be seen. Allow it. Get vulnerable with yourself and with your higher power. Correct error. Rewrite patterns. Get right with your health and body as much as you can afford in both currency and energy. If you are able to understand the aspects of self which need to grow into love— this is the most amazing moment to allow those alchemical processes. The time is ripe to ascend. Hold strong. This advice applies to all.
Point II. Create the Circle // Allow the Changes.
It’s time to make sure your social circles are safe, healthy, and life enhancing. A lot of people are kind of in a weird place and lonely, from teens to the elderly. Maybe not you, or maybe you’ve experienced some social circles shifting over the past couple of years. Here’s the deal, as karmic fields collapse and old ways of being become irrelevant, and tech advances without maturity making connection even more weird, you might see people, relationships, and their place in your lives differently. You’ve evolved, so which souls mates are timeless and which soul mates are just here for a spiritual lesson, a season, a reason? What are you attracted in people and why? How do you want to show up for the people you care about? What are you available for? What are your needs, now? It’s worth looking at. Energetic boundaries that suddenly separate or causes drifts, are in place for a reason. Trust that. Sometimes, you are simply protected while God prepares you for something greater. If you’ve given people chances, yet the relationship doesn’t lead to evolution growth — eh, its time to call the spade. Time is talking. Windows have closed. You’ve got a stairway to heaven. Angels don’t live in hell. Hell was boring. At this point in time, holding onto unfit vibrations will cause health and financial issues. Realities are splitting. Spending energy inappropriately leads to stagnation and you can’t afford that now. It’s refinement time. What is valuable? Who is valuable? The Universe is guiding you appropriately, trust that. And trust your instincts. Lessons are everywhere. When someone makes you feel unworthy, sleep on you, leave you on read, they are not for you. The people who naturally bring peace, are for you. You want those who give back. You want healthy reciprocity. If you have to fight to defend yourself, that person does not need to be in your life. Its a lesson. If you are being ignored or ghosted-lesson. Those who want to see you safe, winning, held, joyous, are for you. People who invite you, call you, include you- they are cool. The ones who make sure you are okay, they are super cool. People who care to make time, even if those moments are rare, those people are for you. People who do not let money, status, or social positioning demean your presence in their world —- they are the ones who get it. Come on now, you know who the real gems are. Be with your gems, now. It’s a good thing to nourish in such times.
Energy tells all. This is true, however we are a species who has been programmed to go against instinct and the nature of reality at every turn. I want to touch on a little nuance here. We have been programmed to go against our true selves. Therefore, when the energy says one thing and the behavior says another, we are dealing with a toxic situation. It’s toxic because the energetic truth isn’t met or faced by the individual, and when there is a gap between physical reality and truth. Unawakened means you are sleeping on the truth. Ah, the perfect storm- cue, el diablo. He knows his lines. If you are true, and you’re dealing with someone who doesn’t face the truth, they won’t face you. Don’t just look at the energy, but how people respond to certain energy. I know if someone is uncomfortable around energy x, they sure as hell are going to uncomfortable around me. I won’t even go there. It’s not about judgment, its about assessing reality and being discerning. You have to be around people who desire truthfulness, purity, joy, creativity, love, being seen, heart, life, in their lives. People have to desire reciprocity with you. They have to be keeping it real and not on a script. Not everyone does. Some people want to play pretend. However, in order to radiate and feel good in your body, you have to walk away from fractured relationships and toxic spaces. Toxicity, gray area, ignoring the truth is the Devil’s playground (when I say that I mean negative forces that come to fuck up your energy and test you). It’s a perfect gray area to go fuck shit up. Filled with doubt and uncertainty, one becomes easy prey. Don’t let people who invite that sort of energy into their world affect your sense of self. They are still in doubt. They are confused and enjoy being around confused people. If you are confused by someone, its time to let them go. People pleasers will never tell you the truth, they just protect themselves at all costs avoiding their own feelings. And again if they avoid themselves they will definitely avoid you. It’s cowardly. Blatant disrespect is very common, but super out. Groupies, gold diggers, social climbers are pointless and reckless. Honest, authentic, fun, cartoon like, joyful, caring, loving souls with a desire to be present, open— they are super in. Really, see who is there for you, and who you want to be there for. No leaky werido energy. No fallen soldiers defecting. No competitive or jealous people masking up. It’s very important now. You need community and circles. Your children need to be connected to the people you love. Don’t get me started on the kids. I can’t discuss what we have done to children, relating, relationship, sex, and connection, at this time. Every time I want to write something about it, I know it doesn’t fit in with this audience. It’s too punchy and direct. It’s not pretty or flowery. Its a slap on the face saying wake the fuck up and pay attention you fools. That’s how serious I am about the kids and about the disconnected parents and academics, philosophers and doctors who are completely missing the plot. We are so lost from ourselves we can’t see the forrest for the trees. And yes, people are not right since Covid. We are dealing with serious mass behavioral, emotional, psycho-spiritual and neurological changes.
But despite all that, yeah the world is super weird, but—just make it right. Whenever you have an opportunity to do good or make it right, just do it. All the small acts of goodness do add up. Say what you need to say. Hold back where you know it is right. Be with the ones who care and know. Don’t match people’s poor behavior. Be honorable and honest, open and firm. Let people know you care and that you will be there for them. Be clear about your heart, presence and love to your inner circle.
When unhealthy connections siphon your energy, call on God’s Holy Angels to clear quantum entanglements, attachment cords, karmic cords, and return to sender anyone whose energy is taking from you. People unconsciously or inappropriately ask you to hold their energy for them. Don’t. If you are sick, anxious, angry, uncomfortable, or feel a sense of doom— your field isn’t clean. Get clean first and then assess your issues. Call me for support.
It is self evident that friendship, soul love and the experience of micro-community are absolutely necessary right now. You’ll have to go out of your way a little bit. So many people, even the ones doing well, struggle with the balance and the beauty of healthy reciprocity amongst other awakened souls. We are no longer holding space for half dead inauthenticity or superficial connections based in bullshit. Cultivate your circle. Be open to meeting new people! Go out alone to do something you enjoy. Vibrations are shifting as karmic fields are collapsing, right? So, your circles might evolve or change a little bit. And that’s okay. Soul mates from eras past might pop up! I’ve been so lucky to have some life giving reconnections lately. Lead with love and openness. True sincerity is often shocking to people. Own it enough to lead without a mask. Your authenticity is a light fragrance that stays with people. It’s born of love. To be in love, and to love yourself is also to love life. Create a beautiful circle of truth tellers, confidants, first responders, ride or dies, cheerleaders, im-fucking-down-for-anything-people, cartoons, mentors, and family friends. Especially in this mating and dating crisis of connection, friendship is becoming even more necessary. Family looks a little different and we are creating our own versions of what soul family tapestries and what home looks like. I mean, a robot can make contact. But it can’t love. You can hit a like button, but it won’t like you back. That person has to actually like you back for you to feel a connection. Liking you back means showing up in your life and world with care and openness.
People are opening their hearts and awakening right now. Everyone is in a different stage. The men are really getting hit hard with awakening bombs. It’s awesome. And intense. Please hold light and space for the true hearts to rise gracefully unto their highest path and vibrational reality at this moment in time. Humility, presence, preciousness, and modesty collectively is the rebel response to harmful, unintended yet predictable, cultural affects of globally ubiquitous norms regarding the human relationship to technology.
Point III. Are you living BABE LIFE?: Deep trust, holy love, epic inspiration and wild freedom? Where can you bring those qualities in if they are missing. Are your BABE LIFE values aligned with your behaviors? I try. You know? I fucking try.

Things that are out: judgement, hating on people, gossip, personality disorders, people pleasing, forcing, being pissed, ambivalence, control, giving the wrong people power over you, external validation, triggers, anything cult-y, repeating the same recursive loop you hear all over the matrix like a little parrot, porn, celebrities and celebrity holidays, the little of substance, uncertainty, leaches, big cities, attachments, poor etiquette, satanism, hive mind, being an attention seeking missile on autopilot, ghosting, jealousy, polyamory, being nonchalant and/or pedestrian, high fructose corn syrup, fake femininity. Therapy is both in and out right now—depends on who you are seeing. Also drugs are back. As are hugs. So yes therapy, drugs, and hugs are all in right now because ALL HANDS ON DECK.
Point IV. Detachment’s Love Letter:
It’s true. The sages were like, totally right. Our attachments cause our suffering. There is a massive orchestration designed by the universe to get you free, and you go as far as you want to in this life on whatever path is required to gift you that freedom. What are you calling in and how bad do you want it? In order to be truly big you have to be nothing. To be nothing means to be all, like the Creator. The Creator isn’t attached to anything. It’s just pure Light giving. That’s God. Pure, giving, benevolent Light. You are everything and you don’t even exist. There is a higher force that can support you in releasing your burdens, pain, and suffering. Ask and ye shall receive. Your heart must be as pure as a child’s. That’s really hard for adults. But you can do it. It’s about sincerity.
Your reward? Sweet freedom. Lightness. The nectar of life. You create it through every choice and move. Grounded. Alive. Magnetic. Flying. Floating. No yearnings or desires, not even to past passions or current gifts. Enchanted silence. Totally creative without even an attachment to expression itself, as all is mutable. A flow amongst all densities and lightness in a perfect harmony through the vehicle of the body as an aspect of nature. We get to witness this all with an intentional eye and an open heart. You do not care what happens. This does not mean you are naive. Or heartless. But you have reached an end. The space beyond that end expands in such a manner that does not make sense with life as you knew it; and yet you are here on Earth. I guess you’ll have to eat something, won’t you?
A stillness and centeredness beam out as you magnetize the world to you, through you and about you. Your home, children, heart, body, health, tomorrow, its not a concern, even if it is - you feel me? You are connected to everything at all times and experience life in many places at once as a consciousness pattern within the greater all. You are part of the whole witnessing this moment in space and time while experiencing all space/time in your awareness. There is no other energy or consciousness in the vehicle of your body. Just your soul. A pure radiance emits as the inner nexus pulls life in. Send out. Pull in. One token. Balance. Breath. Life. Beating. To the root. To the cosmos. No need to leave the body. You are everything and everywhere, too big. Questions dissolve. Stillness is ideal and presence is what you have to offer. A love song as a light scent, given to the world.
Beyond the attachments there is a field. It wants you. And the more you surrender to it, the more singular and clear life is. Remember this truism from audio science— low frequencies are omnidirectional. High frequencies are directional. This correlates with the spiritual truth that God’s word is Certainty. The Devil loves Doubt. Keep it high, tight, clear, light. Low frequencies do whatever, go wherever. High frequencies are clear and certain.
Point V. Be It. Don’t Seek It:
Love is a Higher Spiritual State born of ascension. Love is trust. Love is abundance. Most people confuse it for karma, lust, attachment, etc. Love is a state whereby we merge with God in the presence of another. When two souls are reflecting divinity back to one another, an infinity 8 circuit loop is created with matched energy perfectly harmonized and polarized by electrical and magnetic currents. From this foundation of two, patterns, manifestations, and tapestries are woven into the universe to make life more whole. Two is the foundation for three. Three starts to spiral out into infinity. Three is the first numerical creative force. You need two to create something big. Three is build on two. Like a baby. Or like having a business partner. When the foundation of two breaks down, the tapestry of creative manifestation from that three foundation, starts to disintegrate. Be mindful of what you choose to create in a state of love energy and be not flippant with this commitment. Your state is your choice. Your word is your choice. Your love is your choice. You can choose to create or destroy. Be wise. Do good. Love fully. And build things that matter and help others. Even your orgasms and your sex life can birth stars and nourish universes with the appropriate context and intention. True love in higher spiritual consciousness is clocked as experiential ascension states whereby you merge with Light. More flow. You understand. Grounded serenity on high. The north and south poles on the top and bottom of the auric field both expand, creating a sense of spaciousness in the body. In this space, more God energy flows into the vessel to guide the way for the two matched souls who agreed to let the Light in. All is calm and centered. Masks drop. Everyone around you feels that Light, and stares. You are now a bigger energy field, a unified star, and operating at a higher octave. A calm flow catalyzes surrender and the only thing to do is move with currents of Light. You have no mind as you have become all heart and energy animated by the higher power. All becomes effortless. You are a God particle incarnate and dancing in this human form. It’s a beautiful thing when this happens. In order to birth it, however you have to be it. For only in a resonant state can these moments occur whereby we attract another who can reflect our relationship with God, Source, All. And only with spiritual discipline and true power can you build something tangible from this state of soft electricity, asking you to expand please, on behalf of God. Is there more Light if we come together? With true love, yes. There is more soul for the world, when you unite. Sometimes, meeting love is a moment of Grace from the Divine and we expand in that. Personal self meets High Light.
Some people mirror back our wounds, others our beauty. When you meet a divine being, they will reflect back all of you. Some will run and cower from this as the difference between their reflected potential and where they actually are, is so vast it hurts. Some of you are walking mirrors, walking karma, and God radiates Light through you. Love is a higher spiritual state born of ascension and when held in one body radiating as an intentional choice, spreads benevolence to all about. This is purity. Hold it. It doesn’t matter what forces may attempt to demean your love. You are stronger. Hold this torch. Hold love strong, anyways. Your love is bigger and stronger and brighter and bolder than anything attempting to muffle it. Don’t pay attention to the small minded with ill will— these are flies. Every single thing has a purpose and place. Love is a higher state of spiritual reflection born of ascension as one merges with the divine. No love is ever lost. Any love you gave to people, is by design and holy.
Final Thoughts
Love and purity are the only things that matter. It’s the simple things. It’s the little things that count. You are royal, worthy, precious, honored, timeless, and here on Earth to simply be and understand that your existence is a part of nature, a part of the cosmos, a part of the all and perfectly purposeful. There is nothing else you have to do in this moment to become more. You are it. You already are the more you are looking for. Lay down the thought forms that separate you from the truth. The truth is always simple, elegant and beautiful. Find a way to give and receive in equal balance, and remain sincere. Sincerity gives life. You are loved, held and supported at all times. Higher Light is there, right now. Your angels love and adore you. Your path is absolutely perfect.
