14 HUMAN RULES TO KEEP YOUR LIFE IN CHECK W/O BEING A WIZARD
1. Limit asshole exposure. Assholes are sometimes in disguise. They are not always the obvious stand outs. Sometimes they are super nice. Sometimes they do you favors. They say pretty words. They can totally be there for you. But energetically, they exhaust you. They usurp your energy and leave you depleted. Little by little this wears on you, causes enmeshment, energetic cording, and they unload their dense energy on you. When we cord to people or are intimate emotionally, spiritually, mentally or sexually — you are sharing energy. But is it really a balanced share or a trauma dump? Assholes trauma dump on you with or without verbal assault. They just unload their shit and make you feel exhausted in the invisible realms. Assholes don’t create their own light or create so little, that they surround themselves with a lot of unhealed people so as to feel better about themselves, and “collect people” so they can go from person to person like a bee getting pollen. They need to feed off of people. Sometimes assholes are totally fun. Sometimes they are in your circle, so just use discernment as to when you have time to deal with a cool asshole. Either way, limit your exposure.
2. Create a sense of safety. Living in trauma response states (flight, fight, freeze, etc.) for long periods of time leaves your electromagnetic field raw and open. Sometimes we can’t all change our circumstances immediately, but we can have a plan to do so, little by little. Move from danger zones to safety. Find containers that support regulating your nervous system. A balanced body creates balanced energy. We cannot find balance when we are not in safe situations.
3. Drink more water. Boil it. Restructure it. Get it clean. Add your minerals. Drink more water. Sip it slow. All day. Body, mind and spirit needs this. All is water. Drink more water.
4. Find a hobby that has nothing to do with productivity, people and end result, or needing to be seen. Find a hobby or two that brings a sense of flow. Flow means you aren’t thinking, lose track of time, and are fully present.
5. Align with nature. Do what she does.
6. Have fun. Having fun means putting yourself in situations where you smile and laugh a lot. And you are around people who like to laugh a lot too.
7. Practice self acceptance vs. trying to follow an intellectualized, linear ascension path.
8. Understand you’re here for a short time. You will die. Consciously choose how you want to live. Immature people take life and people for granted and think they have all the time in the world. Not here. Every moment is precious.
9. Align your actions with your values and goals. This means being in integrity with your heart. We are at ease and flow when we live in integrity. When we don’t, inner conflict results and we feel a little off. Life will appear a couple of degrees off as manifestations of that inner state.
10. Take responsibility. Peter Pan life is just soul numbing and boring. You can totally have fun, have a childlike heart, be a cartoon, AND Take on purpose and accountability for that purpose, for people, for ourselves. This gives us meaning and we feel empowered. We need meaning to feel connected to something greater or a higher power. Everyone is so detached and apathetic (not everyone but you know what I mean) as we’ve slowly divorced ourselves from substance and meaning, looking for easy fixes. We need to go through the process, the trials and errors of living life. Try to build a business. Try to have a real relationship. Be in a family. Create something you are terrified to create. Engage. Fall. And get back up. And do it again. Bend your knees, babe. We need to practice living and learning from mistakes. Successful people have something called life experience. If you don’t engage with the substance of life you have no real experience. Otherwise, shoot — we are just all bark no bite. Hence all the damn noise. People who know how to bite don’t need to bark so much, you know? I want your bite 😉.
12. Stop eating plastic and chemicals or else you’ll turn into a sickly freak. Enough said.
13. Workout, and think highly of yourself, inside, even when you don’t want to. Make yourself do it so you stay in the timeline current that is ascending. If someone makes you feel shitty leave them be. Metaphor: right now there is a river of life. That river of life is branching into different streams. Some streams are for people who are addicted to lower vibrations and the Universe will match them. Some streams are for posers. Some are for rest and fun. Some streams are for people who are into flowing creativity, love, sparkle. And the Universe will match your vibrational choices accordingly. Hey, even if you feel like you don’t have it all together, make the choice to command that you love yourself and believe in your worthiness. Right now it is absolutely necessary.
14. Don’t be scared. It’s pointless. You are so loved. So please do live.
