ANATOMY OF A SPIRITUAL DETOX
A step by step guide + world energy updates 🌟.
When we call in a higher, more expanded experience of life, a spiritual life process commences which prepares the being to receive that particular blessing. What that process looks and feels like is unique to the individual, their particular desires, growth, psycho-spiritual makeup, biophysical system, karma and whatever is aligned for that next era of growth and learning. No one knows what is right for you, except God. Do not let anyone fuck with your head about what your path is supposed to look like. These are the distractors, busybodies, and gossip queens meant to test your focus. Pay no attention. Remember, unsolicited advice is the mark of an amateur. Just keep going. Often times, when you have a special, God-given gifts going on in service of planetary ascension; your tests, betrayals, and onslaught of suffering can be immense. A lot of people have incarnated to catalyze change. I am speaking to those of you now. More than ever before in history, we have come. This is why I want to write about this archetypal path, a spiritual hero’s journey, and what may happen as you walk through the fires of purification.
Sometimes these burdens are immense, not because the Creator is a psycho, but because you’re the only one who can do it and your being must be refined and prepared. You’re the only one who can walk that way. Be there in that way. Show up at the right time. Follow the light and be the light in that way. We are all connected. The ripple effects of your actions are immense. You matter. Your thoughts, words and deeds matter. Be the light. The thing is, not everyone has developed the strength to do that in this life, though many have incarnated and are certainly trying. The tests and adversity are not meant to weigh you down but rather, they are meant to detoxify your mind, body and spirit into the purity that you already are as Light. God knows you are victorious. You’ve already won. The Universe is just asking you to refine the vessel like an Olympian, all while moving heaviness and density out of this lower realm of vibration. You have to be a match for the blessing itself. Otherwise, scientifically speaking, it won’t materialize. Be the match for what you want.
It’s a game. It is a rich, profound, and sure— an oftentimes taxing chessboard, but entirely rewarding and worth the efforts. You are here, breathing, reading; therefore, you are one of the ones meant to still be here on planet Earth, vibrating, radiating. Be the Light of the World. The war is won. The spiritual war is won. It’s over. All is safe and well. I speak truth. Let it be known throughout the cosmos that Angels run free in Babylon. Take that however you will, if you have ears to hear. Vibrate in that certainty of safety. And you are part of that supportive bridge walking us out of the chaos. The next ten years will be continually intense. But it doesn’t have to be shitty. Ride the higher waves. Choose your consciousness and paradigm. Settle down. Find your spot. Shake the hedonism and move into divinity and integrity. Your power, potential, creative purpose and path of heart, family and love… it all lives there. We do have to spiritually earn it by standing up for it. And most importantly, fear not. This is the last bit of the monster’s tail shaking, snaking and undulating the roaring, emotional waters of humanity, as it melts into dissolution. The monster’s decent is it’s ascent.
All is one. Everything ends in excess.
Look with your true eye, and ensure its connection to the heart. The only wisdom you have is your heart. Open it. Now. Now is the time. It’s not in 5 years. It’s not in 5 months from now. It’s not tomorrow. You don’t have time anymore. It is now. Keep up. Make amends. Show up. Say what you mean. Get the vipers out of your inner circle. Get clear on your path and intention. The awakening has been great. The spiritual war has been intense. But it is over. You’re going to be okay now. Rest, rest, easy. Walk with intentional refinement, focus and presence, yet be gentle and easy. People often confuse kindness, gentleness or a lack of exhibitionism as weakness. Let them. Let them. I’m only speaking to you. To the ones right now. My voice is for you. Be the Light of the World.
Being is taking inspired action in alignment with the truth of who you are. Sometimes it’s strenuous. Sometimes it feels like cake. But it always feels right. There is no judgment on what that alignment looks like.
Doing the doing first, and forcing a condition, a paradigm, a look, or a false way of being will keep you in inner conflict and empower a form of resistance which will act as an entrapment. Forcing a condition is inauthentic pretending. Most people normalize this for the sake of tribal connection or to unconsciously avoid potential abandonment. But, this is weak. We are in a time where being a couple of degrees off will fuck up your purpose, path and manifestation. Whole. Whole. Whole. Whole does not mean rotten or rotting. And remember that ripple affect thing, being whole and brave and true helps others. Who or what is causing a stain in your sphere? You don’t have to demonize it or make it wrong. Again, that wastes energy. Just clean it up without opinion. Be totally neutral. That’s what badasses do. That’s what leaders do. There’s no time for sentimental indulgence and co-creating emotional myths out of boredom that wreak havoc on others. Just handle it without barking at everyone. For your bark, your howl, your voice is precious and to be preserved and used in holy ways. Your words are seeds of light. Use them wisely. Replace condemnation with a desire for harmony and purity. Look at the uncomfortable as gravity or density. Stop the judgement, move forward and get the job done. The adage stands that you cannot feed two wolves at the same time. You cannot be mainly in the light but, still want to behave toxically, or honor yourself, but let this person continue to take advantage and talk to you like a peon, and so forth. Choose who you are and stand on that. Sleeping on who you are brings stress, burden and hardship. There is no ‘under the rug’, anymore. Your rug is invisible. The Emperor is wearing new clothes. Remember that childhood story? Please read it if you never have. There is no more pretending, thank God. We who see, we are here.
A caveat: sometimes being out of alignment is part of the growth process. However, staying out of alignment is an extinguishing of the soul. I guess a lot of people need to play pretend, but I would ask you not to be one of them. This off-ness with truth will manifest as disease, or suffering in some form. We cannot outrun ourselves or outsmart God. It’s all real. It’s not a metaphor. Science and God are twin flames. Integrity matters. For when you extinguish the soul, you kill God’s Light in you. And you are the Light of the World. That Light we share collectively is the vibration that dissolves that which is antithetical to the evolution of the species.
So, how do we move through all these difficult growth phases, while the world as we knew it, has collapsed? Like…. whaaaaaaat? Same same deal. That is real which never changes. Any time. Any realm. Any dimension. The truth is the truth.
Growth works in cycles and seasons and processes and patterns. Trust that all life is seeking to elevate you no matter what happens. Trust that you are big enough to handle anything that comes your way. Take it one day at a time. One moment at a time. Be in certainty, be in gratitude, and be present with yourself. Allow your being to be where it is. You are here for a reason. Stop listening to Satan’s minions and descendants attempting to lure you into false hood and ego-traps and bullshit with bullshit people. Play the game. You already won.
So, let me explain what happens when you’ve won, and God tests you to ensure you are ready for the next level of ascension and blessings. You see, if it comes too soon, when conditions are not ripe, the lot of it all, all the metaphorical gold can be destroyed along with your faith. The process of blooming from the dark and creating harmony in divine divine timing is a necessary truism, an art form.
Spiritual detoxes are God’s way of preparing us for the great beauty of life and love. When we want to learn quicker, the lessons can be more intense. It’s cool. Just roll how you roll.
SPIRITUAL DETOX: a step by step guide.
There is an inner knowing that something in your life is a couple of degrees off. Hmm…
You allow time for more data to drop. That means creating the space to let awareness land in a way that makes sense to you. Now, the feeling of misalignment grows continuously. You know something is up. This can take anywhere from weeks, to months, to years until you become aware that it is time for a change. And you are ready for change.
One, several to all life areas begin to contract. Doors close. Friends dip, shun or reveal their true colors. Betrayals occur. Timelines and soul groups shake and quiver. This means that worlds and people you once belonged to, push you out. Sometimes finances change. Health and your physicality may be compromised while you are guided to look deeper into the true self, and the layer of self you are shedding. It feels like your personal worlds are collapsing, that you’re left out in the cold- but you are not. The isolation and purity is a requirement. Wouldn’t you prefer a blank canvas to start a masterpiece? You’re alone because other people’s energy cannot tamper with what is being formed within you. Once it’s formed, then you will magnetize accordingly and run around again. God is sculpting. Let the artist work in peace.
Whatever is closing down doesn’t feel very good. Usually, it doesn’t “look” very good either; at least from a superficial, social hierarchy perspective of materialistic values. Now judgement from others sets in. Letting them judge and hurt your feelings is part of the process. You have to love them anyways, and know that they are like little children who don’t know. Honor your inner child. But keep moving forward. You can love someone and never let them into your life again.
Now, you have no choice but to adapt. Your life is closing down. Maybe you’re one of those who tries to out run it, distract yourself, but eventually you are backed into a truth cave whether you like it or not. You can make changes willingly, or stubbornly. Now the shadow work must begin. Shadow works means spending a lot of time with yourself, in therapeutic containers and healing processes to meet the inner pain trying to get your attention. The goal of shadow work is to release the darkness unto the light and become pure: emotionally, physically & neurologically (as the pain lives in the body and brain), psychologically, spiritually, sexually, physically and financially. This work changes your life, body, health, soul, and purpose. I mean it even changes the way you look! Healing makes you really attractive as well as physically sexy! There’s my 3D plug- work with me and you will get hotter ! So, as the shadow work begins, you have entered into a time of concealment. This means the higher purpose of your suffering is yet unknown. Unknown is good. If you knew what was going on, it wouldn’t be the next level it would be a repeated lesson or expression of the past chapter. Please understand, everything comes from God and has a purpose. You are not being punished. You asked to grow. You are blessed. Be strong enough to earn your blessings. Sometimes growth is extraordinarily uncomfortable. In fact it can make you want to die. But you are much stronger than you believe you are. I know it. If you don’t trust yourself, trust me. I know how strong you are. I know how strong humans are. And I know how steadfast they are in maintaining their assumed powerlessness. But this is a convenient non-truth which enables apathy. You can be powerful, while experiencing times of concealment. You can be powerful and be in grief, loss, suffering, and pain. There seems to be confusion around the life processes necessary to make one strong. Deep truth is the highest form of beauty. Realization has now set in that your needs are not being met. Greater fulfillment awaits. You’ve evolved. Therefore you’ve outgrown your container.
Okay— now what do you do? Not much. In this stage, nothing fits and everything kinda sucks but…. it’s good! It’s fallen apart. Fantastic! You’re doing the work. Right on track! Looks like shit, smells like shit, feels like shit—- and you are in it. Right on the money, honey. Deal with your shit. Accept it what is happening. Once you learn to accept, comes the hardest part.
TRUST. It is now time to be patient and trust. Trust in the dark, trust in pain. And be patient. You can complain or not - up to you. Complaining will delay your blessings however. Here, in the dark, you are the only one who can guide yourself out. At first this is extraordinarily painful to endure. Then, it becomes your saving grace gifting you an unfailing resilience and confidence. You will have angels on high, and angels on earth that will whisper in dreams and guide you in visions. If your life is at risk due to illness, war, injury, hunger, poverty, crime and so on— The Light will send a karmic someone or something to protect you until you are out of harm’s way. These periods of loss and lack teach you your own power. Though it may seem dire, you will live through it. Here, I am going to ask you to hang on, to hold strong, and to trust in God. Never has your faith, practice, and wisdom been more crucial than at this moment. This is when everyone wants to give up, and find the easy way out, or start to source from the darkness or lack of light. Stay strong. It’s the chrysalis. Your wings are forming in the dark. Your voice is childlike. Your hands hurt and cannot hold anymore. You’re hungry, tired, injured and at capacity. This is where you must remember that you intended, consciously or not, something greater. You asked God, and you called in a higher level. God listened. You have to believe that God didn’t forget about you. All the things and people that were pulling you away from your highest potential, withered away. You made that death wish. Death is simply transformation which brings life. Therefore; you made that life wish. He who has not died twice cannot live.
Now, in this step you have to keep the mindset. While in the chrysalis, remember the good things you have done for yourself and others. Harness your mind through the wisdom of the heart. The most dangerous thing you can do is allow doubt, external voices of hate to cloud you, or let yourself believe it has all been for not. You are worthy of the greatness that is already yours.
Wait for the burst of inspired action. Do not act too soon out of impatience. Don’t try to force yourself out of the cocoon. Keep waiting. Your body is smarter than you, it will tell you when it's time. You are ready when you are ready. You will know when it is time to make a move. Here you’ll feel your energy wishing it was time, you are bored, wondering WTF is going on? You’re on pins and needles. What is next? Is there a next? You’ll have a bit more vitality and your body will naturally want to take action to support yourself. And you will. But in this step you must be mindful of timing despite the energy being present and almost ready. You now vibrate differently, so your thoughts and actions are different. You are now in the early embers of un-manifest potential, of God’s radiance. This was the gift of the cocoon.
You know the rule— energy first, then actualization materially. The quantum occurs first, prior to physical manifestations in your reality. The energy you now feel is so inspiring you have no choice but to ride that first small hint of goodness and make it bigger through the three pillars of creative manifestation: thought, word and deed. It’s scary to take a leap again, a step. But the time is now, and you feel it and know it. Fear may set in. You may feel torn between the past familiarity and the future potential. But, what choice do you have? You look backwards and see a field of time you don’t recognize. A boggy muck. You look forward and it’s foggy and unknown, but you can feel the first lights of dawn looking. Darkness, she still left you with the moon.
After you make your first move, life conspires to support your aligned actions. You start to meet people and are drawn to places that are supportive and life enhancing at this stage of the movie. You have hope. Just enough to make it work or get by. Whether comfortably or by the skin of your teeth, you’ve got this. Each small step builds self esteem. And your energy centers are opening as you step into this new vessel, this new temple, created from the un-manifest dark. And the new chapter starts to roll.
Solidification: the cement is still wet. Wait for it all to solidly set in. During this time keep your circle small. Don’t talk to people about your plans and ideas. You’ll invite them into your energetic cauldron and you want to have autonomy over your manifestations. You now have the confidence and wisdom to protect what you have created, you know God was always with you, and have a greater sense of playfulness with life.
Old friends come back to make sure you know they are still soul family. New friends who are meant to help you arrive. You may now be living somewhere else, with a new job, relationship, or baby on the way. Your voice rings like a bell to everyone around you, even yourself. You wink in the mirror because you knew it all along. Through tear stained eyes and silent wails. And though you are grown, your heart is giddy and childlike always. Because in this world, magic and miracles are the way of life when you follow the path of heart. And you’re one of the few who remember that. Your energy will speak for itself and attract it’s like matches and conditions. Honor whatever arises for you. When you are in your truth only God’s truth can come to you. That’s all you need, friends.
LIFE NOTES from the SUPERMOON ENERGY:
Now what happens if you call something new in, but you’re still holding on to the past thing that isn’t really working? You don’t get the new better thing. That’s called a consequence. You have chosen the old and outdated. So Life says, okay, this person wants a lesser light. Cool. The new opportunity must fade away until you demonstrate you are ready.
If you still want the new thing, you have to let go of the old, or remain stagnant until life breaks it down for you. Why does life break it down? Because the world is changing and Light HAS to move in. Since 1991 you guys have gotten to take it slow. Y2K. Something feels different. It’s in the air. 2012 hits with sparks. Okay. 2016 is whoa. 2019. WTF. 2020 and beyond is an actual shit show so if you aren’t going for the gold by now, fuck. Time’s up babe. You’ve got to handle it now. It’s not 1991, anymore… Gotta get the vibe right because this planet is ascendinggggggg. It’s done! So if you stay in lower forms, in resistance, with your smaller self, Nature will force you to open because you’re getting in the way of the Light. Stop being like cancer. If you keep resisting, you’re just in a fight with the Light like a little baby toddler brute. Therefore, the Light must open you itself and create special circumstances that catalyze the breakdown of your barriers. Angels don’t live in hell. You have to alchemize your own hell to receive the light. Proactive self confrontation is a lot easier than being dragged through the mud. That person, that habit, that mindset, that illness— it cannot stay. Does it serve the Light, give Light, Open, Expand, Feel good? Okay then, why do you want it? Is the payoff really that great?
You have to be willing to let go of the payoff that comes with the neurosis.
Example 1. You think you are ugly and old, you’ve had some awful experiences with sociopaths, so you take yourself out of the dating pool. That way, you don’t have to put yourself in a situation where you could be rejected, vulnerable, or look at your insecurities. Those insecurities may take you back to something waaaay more painful, and we certainly don’t want to have to deal with that. Where is that rug I use to stuff things? So the payoff of thinking that one is unsuitable to date romantically, is you don’t have to deal with your fears or be seen.
Example 2. The payoff of excessive drinking every night is temporary light. The sacrifice is health, authenticity, heavy energy, poor relationships, brain damage etc. You’d have to give up your pay off, false light, in exchange for health and presence.
Example 3. Let’s say you’re in a group of friends and your real-deal, true-blue, love-of-your-life, soul mate shows up. You know she’s the real deal. But everyone else is a gossiping hater towards her. You let them slander her and exclude her. You say nothing. You feel bad about it. But you remain in line with your piers in service of social acceptance, knowing options are everywhere. Your friends all agreed on a false notion to suit insecurities and keep all social dynamic the same. You said cool. So the payoff of losing a true soul mate, is false belonging.
Be strong. Not neurotic.
Surrendering to something greater, to God, is required to live a life of flow. When your arrogance can bow to your desire for wisdom, the humility speaks for itself and God takes the wheel.
You can summon light through sincerity.
Ask and ye shall receive. Open the door and walk through. Pray with sincerity and be blessed sincerely.
Honor your path. No matter what it looks like. Even if people don’t. Most won’t. But some will. Those are your gems. Precious soul gems are rare. Nourish them. If you’re the black sheep chosen for ancestral lineage clearing you will experience every hardship your ancestors did 12 generations back, even if in small glimpses in echoes and tones. You are the strongest. That’s why you’re here. You are doing other work. Your manifestations of regular life milestones such as marriage, children, jobs, buying homes may be delayed. This kind of path is not always linear.
Surrender. The wisest, the oaks, the strongest know what it means to bend the knee. Surrender is revelation.
Let people judge you. Let them mock you, or pity you, lie about you and betray you. This is a practice and a test. Do not speak ill of anyone. Observe who is safe and who lives in ignorance. Ignorance will cause harm. Speaking ill of someone damns your own light whether or not it is true. Act accordingly.
Do not waste words on those who hold contempt for you. It’s inefficient. Life force travels on the breath. And when you are TRULY at capacity, when speaking hurts because you’re so exhausted, it takes more work to explain yourself. Do not cast pearls before pigs. You lose life force trying to explain things to people who judge, condemn, and are committed to not understanding you anyways. And remember small minds are afraid of, and easily threatened by, big light. Beware the ones who seek to control you, destroy, or undermine you. Lack of light is nothing but a fly. Duck and roll. Stay with the light. The light is right. If they are jealous of you, it will come out in behavior and the energy will give you hints and clues. This one took me decades to understand. These people cannot be your friends.
Trust the energy. If the energy is dark and they esteem themselves of heaven’s light, a teacher, a seer…run for the hills. If their energy is dark and they ask for help and are sincere. Help until helping harms you- then it is on them. Don’t let anyone bring you down with them. Do what the light would do. Shine where it shines. If you cant shine, change something.
Leave those who promote Luciferian principles alone. Meaning, people who tell you that up is down. Light is dark. Good is bad. Parasites are angels. Etc. These people are confused and harvested by things you don’t want to know about. They were too weak for the energy they wanted to play in.
The dominant energy wins. Hold the vibration you want stronger, for longer. And that is what will reign. I’ve yet to encounter something I cannot clear. But I have learned, that there are things I WILL NOT clear. It’s a waste of my light and time. Take that aspect of metaphysics and apply it to your practical life.
Stick with your soul family. They don’t hurt. They feel good. Make you smile. Feel like home. You’ve known them for lifetimes and often in planetary systems and realms that existed prior to Earth’s existence. Everyday I pray for my soul family to be near. Keep trusting.
Dream. Don’t lose hope. When you stop dreaming, you stop hoping. Don’t dampen the truth with your lack of faith, lack of hope, and belief in defeat. If you do this, you attest, via your behavior, that good has lost the game. And that is also false. People will come. Love will come. But you must be open and loving. Take that step. Love is the only thing that matters. Each day that passes, it becomes more and more clear.
If you don’t have family, create one with your soul mates or with your truest love of all time. Honor your truest love. Give love your all.
Know that life loves you, and you must choose to love life. Stop and reflect for a moment: do you see the world as good or bad? This will determine everything that happens to you.
We don’t talk about suicidal ideation in the west enough. A lot of people are afraid to discuss suicidal ideation because it’s too taboo, looks like you’re “losing”, are bad at spirituality or bad at life or all the above. People have so much shame, about experiencing shame. Please know, if you have had intense childhood trauma, and struggle with violent thoughts— the pain wants to transform. When someone is experiencing suicidal ideation, it’s not that the person wants to die. The soul is eternally alive, never dies and wouldn’t even know how to consider it. It’s the Ego, desiring a death. It’s a part of the person that needs to die, and they don’t know how to change. Now what is death? Transformation. Suicidal ideation is the soul’s attempt to alchemize aspects of your sub-personality, or parts, or ego, holding you back. It’s the soul’s attempt to get rid of the pain, in ignorance.
On the other side of death queries is life. Life guides. Life is alive. Life is vital. Life is you and Me. Life is cosmic art. It doesn’t stop. Don’t you remember what we’re not? We find the sun, despite the times. And all the things that you do, and your dramas, and your stories all lead you back to one place: the heart.
Everyday, ask God to remain seated at the center of your heart. And you will know what to do. For all our sakes, be brave enough to let your heart guide your hand. And you will be the light on the hill. The Light of the World.
